1. Preparations Before Grilling
The best part of the meat to make a chicken steak is obviously the chicken breast. It is tender, easy to cut and fill, and therefore preferred.
Make sure to always use skin-on pieces of the breast for it tends to make the steak juicier and more flavorful. Place the chicken pieces on a tray with paper towels set on the base and pat them dry of any moisture. Removing the moisture will prevent the skin from getting crispy.
